 My name is Gabrielle Maston and I am a Dietitian, Exercise physiologist and personal trainer. I live a very active life and I enjoy eating tasty food.  My passion in life is fitness and health. In my spare time I love going for a run, practicing gymnastics and Latin dancing.  

I was not always like this though.  There was a stage in my life that I hated working out because it felt too hard. 
Like most people I have had my fair share of fad diets, starvation plans and killer exercise programs.
Particularly during my high school years my chronic dieting and strenuous exercise program lead to chronic fatigue and iron deficiency  which ultimately left me anemic. At this stage I was sick of trying fad diets, sick of spending countless hours at the gym and lack of results.
 
I began to read nutrition books by  prominent dietitians & nutritionists from Australia and I studied to become a personal trainer. This however was not enough.  I realized that I not only loved the training side of exercise, but also loved  learning the critical insight into the importance of nutrition. I loved learning about nutrition and exercise so much I changed university degrees. I was committed to find out how to lose weight and keep it off without unecessary side effects. 
 
After graduating from the University of Sydney as a Dietitian and Exercise physiologist I am now equipped with the tools to stay fit and healthy. This increased knowledge has helped me to learn how to enjoy life to the fullest as I never get sick and I have energy to burn!
 
I want to help people like you achieve optimal health. I want to make weight loss and chronic disease management easy and simple to follow, so you don't have to do two university degrees. I'll will do the work for you! Within five sessions I can give you the tools to manage your own diet and exercise routine for the rest of your life. Now wouldn't that be blissful?
 
In my quest to change the lives of people in Sydney, I am now a regular contributer to Oxygen womens fitness magazine, fitness first magazine and weight watchers. Some of my publish articles can be viewed on this website's media page.  You can also find me on weight loss and health forums such as we are slimming and help hub.  You regularly find me at health and fitness conventions, some of the time rubbing shoulders with celebrities like the inventor of Zumba Beto Perez. 
 
When you visit me I provide you with a comprehensive plan and accountability structure which will tell you exactly
what to eat and how to exercise. It is tailored specifically to your  lifestyle and focused on your health goals. I want to get you excited about living a healthy life, believe me when I say it can be easy and NEVER impossible!

I love helping my clients get the results they want. My star client of 2011 was Cliff sutton you can read about his story at the bottom of the contact us page here. Cliff had a mutliple open heart surgeries and was on his last straw, we quickly turned his life around and now he's enjoying a few more healthy years. Like I said before nothing is impossible and Cliff is a gold star example of that. 
 
Losing weight or modifying your eating patterns can really change your life. Energy levels rise, attitudes change
