At Changing Shape you will receive one on one nutritional advice which is tailored to your goals and needs. All consultations are 30-45 minutes in length. Support and advice is available via online facebook and twitter forumns in between consultations. Our consultations follow our signature 5 step changing shape system they are interview focused. We listen to what you need and want. We aim to educate you and provide you with practical and achievable methods to reach your goals. Your Sydney nutrition plan is tailored to your lifestyle and focused on your health desires. Weight loss is a journey which takes a lengthy period of time. You need to be dedicated to make change for at least 3-6months. After all, think about how long it took you to put on weight in the first place? In order to achieve sucessful weight loss it takes dedication, time, accountability and building new sustainable habits. These four elements have been proven to produce long term, sustainable and effective weightloss in Sydney. Losing weight or modifying your eating patterns can really change your life. Energy levels rise, attitudes change and you feel like a new person. It's surprisingly easy to do with the right help. Consultation fees are payable on the day by cash, cheque, or Eftpos. Hicaps is available for on the spot rebate for most health funds. We do provide receipts for partial medicate rebates under EPC (Enhanced primary careplan) and DVA. We ask you to provide 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend. A cancellation fee of 70% of the consultation fee applies if less than 12 hours notice is given.
Dear Gabrielle, Thanks for checking on me, have been averaging about 1/2 kilo a week loss a week. I have been getting your updates and have checked out your 2 You Tube videos.
