At Changing Shape you will receive one on one nutritional advice which is tailored to your goals and needs. All consultations are  30-45 minutes in length. Support and advice is available via online facebook and twitter forumns in between consultations. Our consultations follow our signature 5 step changing shape system  they are interview focused. We listen to what you need and want. We aim to educate you and provide you with practical and achievable methods to reach your goals.

 
Your Sydney nutrition plan is tailored to your lifestyle and focused on your health desires. Weight loss is a journey which takes a lengthy period of time. You need to be dedicated to make change for at least 3-6months. After all, think about how long it took you to put on weight in the first place? In order to achieve sucessful weight loss it takes dedication, time, accountability and building new sustainable habits. These four elements have been proven to produce long term, sustainable and effective weightloss in Sydney.  Losing weight or modifying your eating patterns can really change your life. Energy levels rise, attitudes change and you feel like a new person. It's surprisingly easy to do with the right help.
 

Consultation fees are payable on the day by cash, cheque, or Eftpos. Hicaps is available for on the spot rebate for most health funds. We do provide receipts for partial medicate rebates under EPC (Enhanced primary careplan) and DVA.  We ask you to provide 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend. A  cancellation fee of 70% of the consultation fee applies if less than 12 hours notice is given.

Thanks for checking on me, have been averaging about 1/2 kilo a week loss a week. I have been getting your updates and have checked out your 2 You Tube videos. I don't have any sugar cravings anymore. Have had a couple of days where I didn't always make the right decisions, but I just chalked it up to experience and got back to my diet the next day. Changing Shape Personal Training

Individualised exercise training with qualified exercise physiologist and personal trainer. Exercise training sessions will be tailored to your specific requests and identified needs.  Our trainers have experience with exercise rehabilitation after joint and lower back injuries/pain, and child birth. We specialise in weight loss, fitness, toning, weight gain and sports specific training.  Suitable for the individual who needs constant motivation, new ideas for training, help with weight loss and the beginner. 
Our trainers provide at home visits and outdoor training. All sessions are 60min, times must be booked with our trainers according to location and availability. Payments must be made prior to commencement of training. Contact us to schedual and apppintment time.

I really enjoyed personal training with Gabby I felt like I was pushed to my limit. It was very motivating. I lost a total of 5kg leading up to my wedding day. It left me feeling confident and most of all full of energy.I would defiantly recommend Changing Shape personal training to other brides. The best thing I found was that they addressed nutrition. They gave me a food diary and It was checked every week. It’s a good way to keep on track. The SMS reminders a few days before reminding me that we would be doing you measurements next time I saw the trainer also kept me in line.

I was proud of the toning I got in the arms. I saw a HUGE improvement in my arms just after a few weeks of boxing.One thing I wished though is that I started earlier so it wasn’t such a rush at the end. I urge you to start as soon as you can.
